23.45 h and I arrived at Malta airport. It's always an exiting moment when I'm waiting for my luggage. (Yes, they forgot my luggage for 3 terrible times) But now its a very special exiting evening because I am by my self and I don’t know were I go to, and… about 15 minutes its my 21 birthday. So, I am grown up to a real woman. (actually, I hope so) But at this time i’m still waiting for that 23 pounds big red thing on 4 wheels. And there it is, rolling over the luggage band, next to another blue one. I was really happy and at that moment. And yes, the clock show me that I'm start with a new part of life.
A crazy Malties men (I’d like to say Maltesers) drives me and some other guys to the residence. I’m glad he is a good driver because they drive at the other side of the road, like England. We arrived at St. Julians and stopped in the middle of a bar street, in front of a very big shopping mal. Yes, a really big one!! The driver told me that I have to walk inside the shopping mal and find there my residence. (??) You actually have to see my eyes, at that moment they were bigger that Bambi’s. Big names of shops staring at me, maybe they want to say hello or something but I was thinking what’s happens next. In the middle of al the big shops there is my residence. I check in and on that paper where I have to put my name on, there standing 3 other names. Are they on my room?? With a strange feeling I went upstairs by lift. My hard pumping faster and faster, and there it is, room 630. I open the door. (you have to know that’s now 1 o clock in the night) I saw 4 beds, and in 1 bed there is a girl. She waked up of my entrée sound. She is a little bit sleepy and I am a little bit over exiting when we introduced each other. She is form Austria and here name I forgot at that moment. (like I always do) I opened my suitcase and there, between a lot of clothes laying a birthday gift from my parents. It was a really cute box and when I’m opened it… there was someone in it to sing for my!! The sleepy girl waked up with a smile on her face, a special smile, a Mona Lisa smile from Austria (yes I remember, that was her name, I am for shore its not a joke) and at that crazy time in the middel of the night the ice was broken…
Love, D
Danie! Obviously I should comment on ur blog in English. Not too sure whether I'm allowed to use slang slash texting language, as that might confuse u. However, I am super jealous of ur residence, cannot believe ur actually LIVING in a mall... Close to topshop too, i presume?! God, u ll be a genius in swiping ur card and asking for the right size or price. And that's exactly the english u should learn hehe. Enjoy baby doll and when ur back in town we're gonna celebrate ur bday wooooppp woop! Xoxo Eem
